Upute za pisanje i slanje sažetaka  
Instruction for Writing and Submitting Abstracts

Sudionici koji žele održati usmeno izlaganje ili prikazati e-poster moraju poslati sažetak koji će pregledati Znanstveni odbor. Sažeci mogu biti napisani na hrvatskom ili engleskom jeziku, a bit će tiskani u Suplementu indeksiranog časopisa “Neurologia Croatica”. Nakon primitka sažetka, Znanstveni odbor će odlučiti o obliku prezentacije (usmeno izlaganje ili poster). / Participants who would like to present an oral presentation or e-poster should submit an abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts should be submitted in Croatian or English and will be published in the Supplement of the indexed journal “Neurologia Croatica”. The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for an oral or poster presentation.

Upute za pisanje sažetaka / Instructions for Writing Abstracts

  • sažetak molimo pisati na hrvatskom ili engleskom jeziku / abstract should be written in Croatian or English
  • opseg sažetka: do 350 riječi / abstract length: up to 350 words
  • naslov sažetka pisati velikim slovima / abstract headlines should be written in capital letters
  • ime i prezime autora i koautora bez titula / first name and last name of the author and co-authors without titles
  • naziv institucije, grada i države autora i koautora / author’s and co-author’s name of institution, city and country
  • e-mail adresa autora / author’s e-mail address
  • tekst znanstvenog sažetka: cilj, metode, rezultati, zaključak / text of scientific abstract: aim of the study, methods, results, and conclusion
  • tekst stručnog sažetka: slobodna forma / text of proffesional abstract: free style
  • originalni sažeci neće biti lektorirani – za jezičnu i sadržajnu ispravnost odgovara autor / original abstracts will not be edited linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
  • prethodno objavljeni sažetak neće biti prihvaćen / previously published abstract will not be accepted

Sažetak molimo poslati isključivo putem online obrasca. / Abstracts should be submitted only via the online submission form.

E-POSTERI / E-POSTERS

UPUTE ZA IZRADU E-POSTERA / INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING AN E-POSTER:

  1. Jezik: hrvatski ili engleski / Language: Croatian or English
  2. Za pisanje teksta koristite fontove kompatibilne na PC operativnom sustavu (Arial, Helvetica, Times New Roman) i ne manje od 10 pt / For text writing use fonts compatible with PC operating systems (Arial, Helvetica, Times New Roman) and not less than 10 pt
  3. Format: portret (okomito), dimenzije 1080 x 1920 piksela , datoteka obavezno manja od 20 MB i spremljena kao .jpeg, .png, .pdf ili .pptx / Format: portrait, dimensions 1080 x 1920 pixels, file must be less than 20 MB and saved as .jpeg, .png, .pdf or .pptx
  4. E-poster sadržava samo 1 slide na kojem je prikazan cijeli sadržaj postera / The e-poster contains only 1 slide on which the entire content of the poster is presented
  5. Datoteku obavezno pohraniti pod imenom i prezimenom glavnog autora / The file must be stored under the name and surname of the main author
  6. E-posteri ne smiju sadržavati audio-video zapise ili pokretne slike / E-posters may not contain audio-video recordings or moving images

Napomena / Note: Posteri će biti dostupni samo u digitalnom obliku i prikazivat će se na monitorima. / The posters will be available only in digital form and will be displayed on monitors.

Nagrade za najbolje postere / Best posters awards

Pozivamo vas da prijavite što veći broj e-postera, kojima ćete prezentirati vlastite rezultate, jer će prvi autori triju odabranih postera biti nagrađeni vrijednim nagradama. / We invite you to submit as many posters as possible, with which you will present your own results, because the first authors of the three selected posters will be awarded with valuable prizes.

Izlaganje radova, usmeno ili u obliku e-postera, nije moguće bez uplaćene kotizacije (osim radova pozvanih predavača). 
Oral or e-poster presentation is not possible if the registration fee is not paid (excluding invited speakers).

  • tekst znanstvenog sažetka: cilj, metode, rezultati, zaključak
  • tekst stručnog sažetka: slobodna forma
  • originalni sažeci neće biti lektorirani – za jezičnu i sadržajnu ispravnost odgovara autor 
  • prethodno objavljeni sažetak neće biti prihvaćen

Instructions for Writing Abstracts:

  • abstract should be written in Croatian or English
  • abstract length: up to 350 words
  • abstract headlines should be written in capital letters
  • first and last name of the author and co-authors, without title 
  • author’s and co-author’s name of institution, city and country
  • author’s e-mail address
  • max 5 keywords
  • text of scientific abstract: aim of the study, methods, results, and conclusion

  • original abstracts will not be proofread – linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
  • previously published abstract will not be accepted
