Članovima Hrvatskog društva za Alzheimerovu bolesti i psihijatriju starije životne dobi HLZ-a i/ili Hrvatskog društva za neuroznanost koji su platili članarinu za 2024. godinu odobrava se plaćanje kotizacije po sniženoj cijeni. / Members of the Croatian Society for Alzheimer’s Disease and Old Age Psychiatry, CroMA and/or Croatian Society for Neuroscience who paid the affiliation fee for the year 2022 are granted a registration fee discount.
Kotizacija za studente uključuje nazočnost stručnom programu na mjestima usmenih izlaganja, prezentacije e-postera i izlagačkih prostora te kongresne materijale. / Registration fee for students includes admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas and congress materials.
Napomena: Uz prijavu za sudjelovanje, studenti trebaju na mail: goran.grbic@vivid-original.com poslati pismo koje potvrđuje njihov status. Pismo mora biti napisano na memorandumu fakulteta i naslovljeno na kongresnu agenciju Vivid Original d.o.o. / Note: Along with the application for participation, students should send a confirmation letter to the e-mail: goran.grbic@vivid-original.com confirming their status. The letter must be written on the faculty memorandum and addressed to the congress agency Vivid Original Ltd.
Dnevna kotizacija uključuje / Daily registration fee includes:
- nazočnost stručnom programu Kongresa za taj dan na mjestima usmenih izlaganja, prezentacije e-postera i izlagačkih prostora te kongresne materijale / admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition for that day
- kongresne materijale (Konačni program, Knjiga sažetaka – ACC Suplement, kongresna torba, potvrda o sudjelovanju i bodovi strukovnih komora) / admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas for that day and congress materials
Nakon ispunjavanja Registracijskog obrasca primit ćete automatsku e-mail potvrdu o prijavi. Potvrda registracije nije potvrda o uplati. Primit ćete ponudu kongresne agencije za plaćanje kotizacije. Nakon izvršene uplate, račun za avans će biti poslan na navedenu e-mail adresu platitelja.
After you have complited the Registration form, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your application. This confirmation is not a payment confirmation. You will receive an offer for payment from the Congress agency. After the payment, the preinvoice will be sent to the payer’s e-mail address.
Sudionici koji do 9. rujna 2024. pismenim putem na goran.grbic@vivid-original.com otkažu sudjelovanje, mogu nakon održavanja Kongresa ostvariti povrat uplaćene kotizacije umanjene za iznos PDV-a i 20 % administrativnih troškova. Nakon 9. rujna 2024. nije moguć povrat uplaćenog iznosa. Povrat novca neće biti odobren u slučaju nepojavljivanja. / All refund requests received on orbefore 9 September 2024 must be submitted in writing to goran.grbic@vivid-original.com A processing fee of 20 % and VAT per cancellation. Refunds by bank transfer, will be processed after the conference. After 9 September 2024 – no refund. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
